Classes have resumed... so it's back to business as usual.

I've got my schedule set, and I'm taking Urban Economics and Policy, Design Studio, and Conservation Ecology. The studio should be pretty cool. We're going to be creating a plan for Commonwealth Avenue that runs through the Del Ray and Arlandria sections of Alexandria. And even though it's started out as pretty artsy-fartsy, I think I'm going to enjoy it.

I've slowly been settling into the new digs - though there are boxes everywhere. My goal for the next few days is to reduce the number of boxes, as well as prepare some stuff for longterm storage/throw some stuff away. We'll see if I succeed.

Now that I have gotten somewhat settled, I am going to start in on my goals for the new year.
*I'm going to try to reduce the clutter in my life. This will be my biggest challenge.
*I'm going to start going to church again. Since I was unhappy with my last church, I've been looking at some new ones to try. First on my list is Clarendon Presbyterian.
*I'm going to try to start exercising again. I may try Bikram yoga. (If you click the link, refresh until you get to see pictures of the very hairy shirtless man.)

I figure these are good, acheivable goals. I guess I should also try to not procrastinate so much, but I never succeed with that one. :-P
