It's that time again... the New Years' Resolution time.
I feel like I make the same resolutions each year - which leads me to believe that I'm not necessarily succeeding in achieving my resolutions. I need to find my resolutions from last year and see what I actually achieved. Why make a resolution if there's no accountability?
One thing I know right off the bat is that I have actually lost some weight! The tipping point to get me to do this was not actually a resolution, and rather the mid-year diagnosis of prediabetes, but maybe it was a sign that I needed to follow through on this one.
